Do I need to register to order from you?
You do not need to register to buy from us. Simply complete your first order online and enter your business or personal details as part of the process. 
Or you can create an account in order to save your details, View previous orders and add items to your wish lists.

How do I place my order on line?
Firstly choose the items you wish to buy and then add them to your basket.
When you have finished choosing your items proceed to the checkout where you just need to fill in a few details. Choose your preferred payment options and then wait for the big green tick. 
How do I pay for my order?
We will telephone or email you to arrange payment. You can pay for your order by telephone using a credit or debit card. We also accept payment by bank transfer (BACS), however this method could delay your delivery by 3-5 days due to bank clearance of funds.
In cases when our driver is delivering your order we can offer you a 'Cash on Delivery' option..

What credit/debit cards do you accept for payment?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa Debit. We don't currently accept American Express.

Do you charge for credit and debit card payments?
No, we don’t charge any fees for card payments.

Do your prices include VAT?
All online prices exclude VAT unless stated differently.

What is the minimum spend?
Our minimum order value is £100.00 / €115.00

Why can't I find what I'm searching for on kandyking?
The most likely reason you can not find an item on our web site is it may be temporarily out of stock,short dated or discontinued. Please contact us for more information on a particular product.

Do you sell overseas?
We mainly deliver to the United Kingdom and The Republic of Ireland but we can deliver worldwide by special arrangement. Please email or telephone us to discuss shipping options.

Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can collect your order from our warehouse in Salford, Greater Manchester.

What is the standard delivery charge?
Our standard delivery charge for UK Mainland is £6.99(+VAT) per parcel. This is per parcel up to a weight limit of 25kg. There is an additional charge of £7.00 per parcel to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
We dispatch the orders on a next day service (UK mainland only), not including Saturday and Sunday.
For some areas of the UK it may take up to 3 days. 

Can I have my order delivered to another Address other than the billing Address?
If you are a first time customer with us and paying by credit/debit card then your delivery must be to the registered billing Address that your card is registered to. 
This is not in effect if you are paying by bank transfer.

Terms and Conditions of purchasing American food, confectionery and drink from Corolldraw Ltd / Kandyking / Northern Confectionery.

Regulations regarding food labelling have now changed and we would like to outline for you the responsibilities of both us (The Wholesaler) and you (The Retailer) under the updated provisions.

Please be aware that upon payment of the invoice for goods supplied by us you are agreeing to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

The two areas of change are:
1) Appropriate UK compliant ingredient labelling displaying on all pre-packaged goods highlighting allergen information.

2) A Best Before Date in the UK format to be displayed on all pre packaged goods (excluding chewing gum).
Allergen and Ingredient Labelling

As The Wholesaler it is our responsibility to provide you, The Retailer with the UK compliant ingredients labels and information as directed by the new provisions. It is your responsibility as The Retailer to label all goods before they are displayed for sale to the end user.

We will provide all necessary labels required when purchasing American products from us.

Best Before Dates
It is your responsibility as The Retailer to display a Best Before Date on all products (excluding chewing gum) in a UK date format. Different manufacturers in the USA provide this information in different ways. We have provided you below examples of how to translate the date format.

Many date codes contain a letter for the month which all follow this sequence A-January B-February C-March D-April E-May F-June G-July H-August I-September J-October K-November L-December

B is the month, 27 is the day and 14 the year. So this product was created on the 27th February 2014 and is Best Before 27th February 2015

American Date Format
Eg Mars products (this is found on the outer box but not the actual product)

End Code
Eg Nestle products such as Butterfingers, 100 Grand Bar, Oh Henry Bar
