Do I need to register to order from you?
You do not need to register to buy from us. Simply complete your first order online and enter your business or personal details as part of the process. 
Or you can create an account in order to save your details, View previous orders, add items to your wish lists and view your loyalty points.

Do I need to be a Business to buy from kandyking?
NO. We are wholesale Trade business to business but we can sell to you if its for a special event such as a Wedding or a Party etc. If your order is for a special occasion such as a Wedding please order at least 10 Days before the event. Just to be on the safe side.

Do your prices include VAT?
All online prices are before VAT is added. Unless stated differently.
VAT charges can be seen when you view your cart.

Exemptions for Vat & Tax charges are Countries in Ireland and the EC with a valid Vat (country code) number. This must be entered at the checkout process when you order or Vat will be charged.

How do I place my order on line?
Firstly choose the products you wish to buy and then add them to your basket. Once your Items are added to the basket they are saved therefore if you wish you can go back adding more and more or editing your order until you are happy it is complete.
When you have finished choosing your items proceed to the checkout where you just need to fill in a few details. Choose your preferred payment options and then wait for the big green tick. 
If you require large quantities of a particular item please contact us before you place your order online. 

How do I pay for my order?

Payment is by credit / debit card using the online checkout powered by 
IMPORTANT : You must use the Address Post Code that your payment card is registered to or your payment may be declined. This may be a previous address that you no longer live at but that your card is still registered to.

Due to numerous attempts of fraudulent activity we now require 3D secure card payment.  If your card does not support this then your payment may fail.  If your payment should fail the transaction may temporarily appear as pending until being removed.  3D Secure information

You can also pay for your order over the telephone using a credit or debit card. For new customers paying by telephone we can only deliver to the registered billing Address of the credit/debit card you are using.

We also accept payment by bank transfer (BACS), however this method could delay your delivery by 3-5 days due to bank clearance of funds.
In cases when our driver is delivering your order we can offer you a 'Cash on Delivery' option..

What credit/debit cards do you accept for payment?

We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa Debit. We don't currently accept American Express.
Please Note: We do not store any Card Information.

Do you charge for credit / debit card 
No, we don’t charge any fees for card payments. We pay for all transaction fees 

Why can't I find what I'm searching for on kandyking?
The most likely reason you can not find an item on our web site is it may be temporarily out of stock,short dated or discontinued. If the "Add to Cart" button is not visible then most likely this item is also out of stock. Please contact us for more information on a particular product.

What is the standard delivery charge?
Due to increasing costs of materials our standard delivery charge for UK Mainland is now £7.99(+VAT) per parcel. This is per parcel up to a weight limit of 25kg. There is an additional charge of £6.00 per parcel to Northern Ireland parts of Scotland and the Scottish Highlands.
Free delivery to most parts of the UK mainland for orders over £200.00*

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
We dispatch most orders on a next day service* (UK mainland only), not including Saturday and Sunday.
*(Please note: You are paying for a courier delivery service which can take up to 48 hours after being dispatched therefore it may not arrive next day.)
For some areas of the UK it may take up to 3 days. We use DPD and Parcelforce for most UK deliveries, These are fully tracked and usually with a notified 1 hour time slot.

Once your order has been collected by DPD you will receive your delivery day and time slot notification via email / text (You must provide us with a mobile number for this to work). It may be possible to change or upgrade your service with them directly once you receive your notification.

Please Note; If you are receiving multiple parcels they may not all be delivered together at the same time but on another van at a later time.
Our couriers are very busy trying to deliver your sweets on time and we do aim to get most orders out for next day but occasionally there may be a little delay so please do not panic. If you do not receive your parcels within 3 days from the day of dispatch then please call us for an update.
If your order is for a special occasion such as a Wedding please order at least 10 Days before the event. Just to be on the safe side.

What is the expected best before end dates on your products?

All our products will have a best before end date printed on them. We will always endeavour to send you the best available date on your order however this could be from just a few months up to 18 months. If you require a specific date then contact us before placing your order. Anything short dated would usually be stated online and would be at a lower than standard price.

Can I have my order delivered to another Address other than the billing Address?
If you are a first time customer with us and paying by credit/debit card over the phone then your delivery must be to the registered billing Address that your card is registered to. 
For security reasons we can not deliver to self storage facilities or temporary warehouses.

Do you discount for larger orders? (additional trade accounts)

All our prices quoted online are at trade cost to you. We offer competitive prices to all customers, from single purchases for parties and events to sole traders working from home and larger businesses and multiples. We can offer additional trade discounts on orders over £1000.00 (ex Vat | UK only*). This discount will be automatically adjusted at the checkout process before payment.

NEW CUSTOMERS. If you are paying by credit card over the phone then we can only deliver to the registered billing Address. We may also email / telephone you for confirmation before proceeding with your order.

Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can collect your order from our warehouse in Salford, Greater Manchester. Simply choose the click & collect option in the delivery section and pay as you usually would online. We will contact you by email or phone once your order is ready for collection. Our Address

We pride ourselves and take great care in our packing of your items but unfortunately damages do happen. If you receive a damaged item this must be notified to our office within 24 hours from receipt of goods. Photographic evidence will usually be required. Your claim will be dealt with faster if you provide a photo. We will arrange a refund award extra loyalty points or a replacement for damages caused in transit. We cannot accept returns that have been tampered with, or opened or any product that is custom made or specially ordered in.

Do you sell overseas?
We mainly deliver to the United Kingdom and The Republic of Ireland but we can deliver worldwide by special arrangement. Please note due to new legislation all customer in the EU and Ireland may be liable to pay any duties/taxes before receiving your delivery.
