INFORMATION FOR EUROPEAN DELIVERIES.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to some European destinations at this time due to issues with Brexit paperwork. I'm sorry but these are issues way beyond our control. We hope to resume our service to you as soon as possible.
At Kandy King we offer a range of delivery services, allowing you to get your confectionery delivery in the manner most convenient to you.
What are your delivery options?
- Courier delivery – get your sweets delivered by one of our courier partners. We use DPD and Parcelforce for most UK deliveries, which are fully tracked and provide you with a one-hour delivery time slot
- Cash & Carry – if you live locally you can pop into our cash and carry facility to purchase your sweets.
- Click ‘n’ Collect – make your order online and pick it up from our Salford distribution centre when it’s ready. (This is available for the Greater Manchester and North West regions - If you are outside this area and still wish to collect then message or email us with your postcode.)
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery to most of the UK mainland on all orders over £200.** (ex.VAT)
Orders under £200 are charged at our usual delivery rates and are based on both weight and geographic location. Due to increasing costs of materials our standard delivery charge for UK Mainland is now £7.99 (+VAT) This is per parcel up to a weight limit of 25kg and is shipped by express DPD courier on a Monday- Friday service (UK Mainland only).
There is also an additional charge of £6.00 per parcel to Northern Ireland and some parts of Scotland and the Scottish Highlands. Shipping times to these locations can take 2-5 days by courier.
You will be charged for every 0 - 25kg parcel we deliver to you. Reduced rate for 2 or more parcels.
Economy shipping (2-5 days) for bulk deliveries (250kg to 1000kg) are dispatched by pallet, with prices starting from £55 + VAT (please note, most orders this size will be eligible for free delivery). Next-day delivery for these orders starts from £65 + VAT
All delivery charges will be quoted at checkout when you place your order.
**Free delivery is not available to all parts of the UK. Any delivery charges will be quoted at the checkout.
Due to rising transport costs free delivery to some parts of Scotland is only available on orders of £1000.00 or more.
Republic of Ireland: From 1st January 2021 Duties/Tax may be payable before delivery.
How long will my delivery take to arrive?
We offer same-day dispatch on most orders received before 10:30am and always endeavour to get most orders out by our fast express service. 95% of which is usually next-day delivery (UK mainland only), not including Saturday / Sunday and Bank holidays. Orders received on Fridays after 11:30am may be dispatched the following Monday. We always try to dispatch all orders as soon as possible but at extremely busy periods we may prioritise paid for deliveries.
Once your order has been collected by DPD you will receive your delivery day and time slot notification via email / text (You must provide us with a mobile number for this to work). It may be possible to change or upgrade your service with them directly once you receive your notification.
Important information: If you are receiving multiple parcels they may not all be delivered together at the same time but on another van at a later time.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the ongoing Corona virus situation your delivery driver can no longer leave your parcels inside your property. They can be left at your doorway or any other suitable place.If your order is coming by DPD then you can choose to upgrade your delivery direct with them once you receive your booking notification.
RETURNS: Due to the Corona virus DPD can no longer accept returns from you back to us. You will need to arrange the return of any items yourself if you require a refund.
Orders to Northern Ireland, parts of Scotland and the Scottish Highlands typically take 2 – 5 days by courier.
If you are ordering for a special event, we would recommend placing your order 10 days to advance to account for any unforeseen delays.
*We will not be responsible for delays on next-day deliveries caused by failed collections, delays in transit, bad weather or bank holidays.

Where can you ship to?
We normally ship to the UK but can deliver worldwide by special arrangement, please call us to discuss shipping options.
Please note:
We must have cleared payment before we can send your goods. If we are delivering to your home address, there must be someone to receive your goods or you could be charged for a re-delivery.
