CHOCOLATE COVERED MARZIPAN
Marzipan. Discs of fine marzipan combined with a layer of fruit, made with Rum soaked cherries which are then coated in rich dark chocolate. 
Ingredients: Sugar plums 15%,cocoa mass, cherries 12%, ALMONDS 11%, Apricot kernals,Glucose Syrup, Cocoa Butter,Spirits(Rum 0.5% hereof), Alcohol,MILK FAT, Emulsifer(Rapeseed Lecithin), Thikener(pectin), Preservatives(sorbic acid,potassium sorbate),Acid(citric acid), Minimum 50% Cocoa solids in the dark chocolate.
ALCOHOL 1.5% W/W. ALLERGENS: ALMONDS, MILK. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF NUTS
